All bags have 16 gauge needles, integrated donor tubing, spike ports and anticoagulant as shown. Bags with CPD have a maximum shelf life of 21 days for whole blood while CPDA-1 bags have 35 days maximum.


  • 250ml  Blood Bag with CPD

    anticoagulant is useful with small dogs (35 to 50 lbs.) and similar sized animals.


     

  • 450ml Single Blood Bag with CPDA-1

    The standard collection bag for dogs over 50 lbs.



  • 450ml Double Blood Bag with CPDA-1 with one 400ml Satellite Bag

    Allows smaller unit administration or component preparation.

     

  • 450ml Quadruple Blood Bag with CPDA-1 with three 400ml Satellite Bag with  sampling arm

    Allows for optimum flexibility in volume administration and component preparation.

     

  • CPD Additive Solution Bags

    CPD Additive Solution bags are designed to be used with a blood centrifuge. They provide maximum plasma harvest and increase RBC shelf life. To increase storage up to 42 days on properly prepared and stored red cells, whole blood must be processed into components and the A-S solution added back to the RBCs within 72 hours of blood collection. Red cells without A-S solution added back within 72 hours of collection and whole blood have a shelf life of up to 21 days.
